Wow!!!

I didn't know they sold openers big enough to open that can!!!
I'll try and keep this short and sweet.

Fave songs; Keep Yourself Alive, Love Of My Life(live in Rio). I remember watching the live in Rio concert and being on the verge of tears when Freddy and Brian performed this one. I found it absolutely astounding how much control he had over the 90 thousand plus in the audience. When you can get that many people singing a ballad, that's really saying something!

I had the very good fortune (privilege!) of meeting the man himself many years ago in a rock club in Germany called the Sugar Shack. I expressed my professional admiration for his work, live and in the studio, and when he returned the compliment regarding my work (not live, as he had not seen the band perform) it was all I could do not to turn into a blithering idiot. So, to avoid the risk of embarassing myself, I thanked him and graciously took my leave. I don't know what else to say except that my level of confidence was raised higher than it had ever been that night!

There are no words to describe Queen in concert! I had the good fortune to see them 4 times and nothing (except perhaps Peter Gabriel for very different reasons!) has ever come close!

For me he was, and remains to this day, the penultimate entertainer for that genre.

May he rest in peace.

Amen to the above.
I was lucky enough to see both Queen and Bad Co. and am going to the "reunion".I must say that Iam looking forward to it with a few reservations. The musicianship is not in question but I'm not sure how Paul will do the Queen numbers.Great voice but Freddie was unique.

I feel pretty much the way Adrian does. Think I'll wait for some preliminary reviews!

Hello All.
We are off to see "Queen" tomorrow in Cardiff.
I'll post a review if anyone is interested.
Looking forward to it but with a few doubts.

Hello all.
I went and still can't make my mind up.
Not one of the best I've been to.
I was left feeling a little ripped off in all honestly.
I'm sure that all involved did it to keep Queens music well and truely alive but I really can't review it from the heart.A lot of magic missing.
Iam a bigger fan of Bad Co than Iam of Queen which doesen't help but the friends I went with were left feeling the same.
Please don't be put off by my lowly comments.Go.
Iam really interested in what everyone else thinks on this. :?
